Location details

The centrally planned building features a delicate and harmonious interplay of solids and voids both outside and inside, which is completed by the polygonal dome lantern and the slender bell tower.

Inside, soft lighting enhances the plastic composition of pilasters, cornices and stuccoes, enlivened by Giuseppe Delamano's unified pictorial decoration dating back to 1736. In the presbytery, the admirable icon of the high altar echoes the theme of the building, the Annunciation.

The choir is particularly noteworthy. The stalls are the work of Antonio Selletti, while the paintings are by Delamano. In the niches of the pillars, the plastic figures of the four evangelists are the work of Clemente (1756).
