Location details
A harmonious combination of floral decorations, Moorish arches, Ghibelline battlements, rose windows, double and triple lancet windows characterises the exterior of the building, while the rooms feature frescoes with landscape views and ceilings dominated by trompe l'oeil techniques or white stucco decorations. The park covers 50 hectares and contains the monumental structure of the Serre, built between 1846 and 1850. The roof of the building forms a large terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view. The centuries-old park surrounding the castle was designed according to the canons of the romantic garden and features niches with statues, caves, waterfalls, fountains, ponds and panoramic viewpoints.
